Coastal Bungalow - St Huberts Island
What began as an original beachside bungalow has been transformed into a modern, functional home tailored for contemporary living. Brice Built undertook a comprehensive renovation and extension, introducing a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area that seamlessly connects to a new hardwood deck—perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the coastal breeze. The design emphasises natural light and indoor-outdoor flow, creating a comfortable and stylish space that meets the needs of a growing family. Bensville Build
This Central Coast home underwent a complete interior transformation led by the Brice Built team. From the soft curves of the rendered hallways to the custom finishes throughout the kitchen and living areas, this renovation reflects a high level of craftsmanship, detail, and care.
We opened up the layout to create seamless flow from the hallway into a newly designed dining zone and warm, inviting lounge space. The kitchen was fully reimagined with moody textures, bold tiling, and layered finishes — including a standout curved rangehood and feature pendant lighting above a stone island.
Down the hall, micro-cement walls and curved corners bring softness and continuity, while integrated lighting highlights every line and finish. The lounge was fitted with custom cabinetry, built-in lighting, and a mix of timber and stone textures to give the space warmth without losing its clean, modern edge.
The end result is a highly liveable, beautifully detailed home that mixes earthy tones with sharp execution — every element custom-built, every finish deliberate.
Taylor Street - Woy Woy Bay
Brice Built undertook a comprehensive renovation of this waterfront property in Woy Woy Bay, transforming it into a modern, functional, luxury home that embraces its coastal surroundings.
The project included a full interior overhaul, updating the kitchen, living areas, and bathrooms with contemporary finishes and fixtures. Large windows and open-plan living spaces were incorporated to maximise natural light and capture the stunning bay views. The outdoor areas were also enhanced, featuring a spacious outdoor pergola and entertaining area, as well as an updated front facade that provides seamless indoor-outdoor living. This renovation not only improved the home's aesthetics but also its practicality, making it a perfect retreat for modern coastal living.
